Alpha-H Skincare Help Centre & FAQ

If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened, you may return products purchased online at Alpha-H to us for a refund.

You can initiate a return request via our Help Centre here. 

You will receive a confirmation on whether your return is approved with 2-3 working days.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. The exception to this is if:
The product is deemed faulty;
You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction (imagery of reaction may be required).

Returns are not valid or accepted due to packaging changes unless deemed faulty.

Returns are not valid or accepted for free gifts with purchase, sachet samples or travel size products.
Please note: You are responsible for postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders after they have been placed.

*Please note that we cannot edit or remove individual items in your order. During promotional periods we are unable to edit or cancel orders. If you feel you have made an error with your order, you may return your items for a full refund as per our returns poilcy.
